(O Qureysh!) If ye sought a judgment, now hath the judgment come unto you. And if ye cease (from persecuting the believers) it will be better for you, but if ye return (to the attack) We also shall return. And your host will avail you naught, however numerous it be, and (know) that Allah is with the believers (in His Guidance). - Pickthall, Marmaduke

If you sought a verdict, the verdict has certainly come to you; and if you cease [your belligerence against the Prophet and his followers], it is better for you, but if you resume, We [too] shall return and your troops will never avail you though they should be ever so many, and [know] that Allah is with the faithful. - Qarai, Ali Quli

(اِن کافروں سے کہہ دو) “اگر تم فیصلہ چاہتے تھے تو لو، فیصلہ تمہارے سامنے آ گیا اب باز آ جاؤ تو تمہارے ہی لیے بہتر ہے، ورنہ پھر پلٹ کر اسی حماقت کا اعادہ کرو گے تو ہم بھی اسی سزا کا اعادہ کریں گے اور تمہاری جمعیت، خواہ وہ کتنی ہی زیادہ ہو، تمہارے کچھ کام نہ آ سکے گی اللہ مومنوں کے ساتھ ہے—— - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اے کافرو! اگر تم فیصلہ مانگتے ہو تو یہ فیصلہ تم پر آچکا اور اگر با ز ا ٓ ؤ تو تمہارا بھلا ہے اور اگر تم پھر شرارت کرو تو ہم پھر نہ دیں گے اور تمہارا جتھا تمہیں کچھ کام نہ دے گا چاہے کتنا ہی بہت ہو اور اس کے ساتھ یہ ہے کہ اللہ مسلمانوں کے ساتھ ہے، - Ahmed Raza

اور (اے کفارِ مکہ) اگر تم فتحمندی کے طلبگار ہو (کہ جو حق پر ہے اس کی فتح ہو) تو (مسلمانوں کی) فتح تمہارے سامنے آگئی! اور اگر تم اب بھی (جنگ و جدال) سے باز آجاؤ تو یہ تمہارے لئے بہتر ہے اور اگر پلٹ کر پھر وہی (شرارت) کروگے تو ہم بھی وہی کریں گے (مسلمانوں کی نصرت کریں گے اور تمہیں سزا دیں گے) اور تمہاری جمعیت چاہے کتنی ہی زیادہ ہو تمہیں کوئی فائدہ نہ دے گی۔ بے شک اللہ ایمان والوں کے ساتھ ہے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad
