Lo! Pharaoh exalted himself in the earth and made its people castes. A tribe among them he oppressed, killing their sons and sparing their women. Lo! he was of those who work corruption. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Indeed Pharaoh tyrannized over the land, reducing its people to factions, abasing one group of them, slaughtering their sons, and sparing their women. Indeed, He was one of the agents of corruption. - Qarai, Ali Quli

The Pharaoh dominated the land and divided its inhabitants into different groups, suppressing one group by killing their sons and keeping their women alive. He was certainly an evil-doer. - Sarwar, Muhammad

واقعہ یہ ہے کہ فرعون نے زمین میں سرکشی کی اور اس کے باشندوں کو گروہوں میں تقسیم کر دیا ان میں سے ایک گروہ کو وہ ذلیل کرتا تھا، اس کے لڑکوں کو قتل کرتا اور اس کی لڑکیوں کو جیتا رہنے دیتا تھا فی الواقع وہ مفسد لوگوں میں سے تھا - Maududi, Abul A'ala

بیشک فرعون نے زمین میں غلبہ پایا تھا اور اس کے لوگوں کو اپنا تابع بنایا ان میں ایک گروہ کو کمزور دیکھتا ان کے بیٹوں کو ذبح کرتا اور ان کی عورتوں کو زندہ رکھتا بیشک وہ فسادی تھا، - Ahmed Raza

وَنُرِيدُ أَن نَّمُنَّ عَلَى ٱلَّذِينَ ٱسْتُضْعِفُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَنَجْعَلَهُمْ أَئِمَّةًۭ وَنَجْعَلَهُمُ ٱلْوَٰرِثِينَ [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]
⦿
And We desired to show favour unto those who were oppressed in the earth, and to make them examples and to make them the inheritors, - Pickthall, Marmaduke

And We desired to show favour to those who were abased in the land, and to make them imams, and to make them the heirs, - Qarai, Ali Quli
⦿
But We have decided to grant a favor to the suppressed ones by appointing them leaders and heirs of the land, - Sarwar, Muhammad
⦿
And We desired to bestow a favor upon those who were deemed weak in the land, and to make them the Imams, and to make them the heirs, - Shakir, Habib
⦿
We wished to favour those who were oppressed in the land, and to make them leaders and make them inheritors [of Our bounties], - Wahiduddin Khan
⦿
اور ہم یہ چاہتے ہیں کہ جن لوگوں کو زمین میں کمزور بنادیا گیا ہے ان پر احسان کریں اور انہیں لوگوں کا پیشوا بنائیں اور زمین کا وارث قرار دیدیں - Jawadi, Zeeshan

اور ہم یہ ارادہ رکھتے تھے کہ مہربانی کریں ان لوگوں پر جو زمین میں ذلیل کر کے رکھے گئے تھے اور انہیں پیشوا بنا دیں اور انہی کو وارث بنائیں - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور ہم چاہتے تھے کہ ان کمزوریوں پر احسان فرمائیں اور ان کو پیشوا بنائیں اور ان کے ملک و مال کا انہیں کو وارث بنائیں - Ahmed Raza

وَنُمَكِّنَ لَهُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَنُرِىَ فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَٰمَٰنَ وَجُنُودَهُمَا مِنْهُم مَّا كَانُوا۟ يَحْذَرُونَ [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

And to establish them in the earth, and to show Pharaoh and Haman and their hosts that which they feared from them. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

وَأَوْحَيْنَآ إِلَىٰٓ أُمِّ مُوسَىٰٓ أَنْ أَرْضِعِيهِ ۖ فَإِذَا خِفْتِ عَلَيْهِ فَأَلْقِيهِ فِى ٱلْيَمِّ وَلَا تَخَافِى وَلَا تَحْزَنِىٓ ۖ إِنَّا رَآدُّوهُ إِلَيْكِ وَجَاعِلُوهُ مِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

And We inspired the mother of Moses, saying: Suckle him and, when thou fearest for him, then cast him into the river and fear not nor grieve. Lo! We shall bring him back unto thee and shall make him (one) of Our messengers. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

We revealed to Moses] mother, [saying], [Nurse him; then, when you fear for him, cast him into the river, and do not fear or grieve, for We will restore him to you and make him one of the apostles.] - Qarai, Ali Quli

We inspired Moses' mother saying, [Breast-feed your son. When you become afraid for his life, throw him into the sea. Do not be afraid or grieved for We shall return him to you and make him a Messenger.] - Sarwar, Muhammad
⦿
And We revealed to Musa's mothers, saying: Give him suck, then when you fear for him, cast him into the river and do not fear nor grieve; surely We will bring him back to you and make him one of the apostles. - Shakir, Habib

We inspired Moses' mother saying, [Suckle him, and then, when you fear for him, cast him into the river, and have no fear and do not grieve, for We shall return him to you, and shall make him one of the Messengers.] - Wahiduddin Khan

اور ہم نے مادر موسٰی کی طرف وحی کی کہ اپنے بچّہ کو دودھ پلاؤ اور اس کے بعد جب اس کی زندگی کا خوف پیدا ہو تو اسے دریا میں ڈال دو اور بالکل ڈرو نہیں اور پریشان نہ ہو کہ ہم اسے تمہاری طرف پلٹا دینے والے اور اسے مرسلین میں سے قرار دینے والے ہیں - Jawadi, Zeeshan

ہم نے موسیٰؑ کی ماں کو اشارہ کیا کہ ——اِس کو دودھ پلا، پھر جب تجھے اُس کی جان کا خطرہ ہو تو اسے دریا میں ڈال دے اور کچھ خوف اور غم نہ کر، ہم اسے تیرے ہی پاس واپس لے آئیں گے اور اس کو پیغمبروں میں شامل کریں گے—— - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور ہم نے موسیٰ کی ماں کو الہام فرمایا کہ اسے دودھ پلا پھر جب تجھے اس سے اندیشہ ہو تو اسے دریا میں ڈال دے اور نہ ڈر اور نہ غم کر بیشک ہم اسے تیری طرف پھیر لائیں اور اسے رسول بنائیں گے - Ahmed Raza

اور ہم نے مادر موسیٰ کو وحی کی کہ اس (بچہ) کو دودھ پلا۔ اور جب اس کے متعلق خطرہ محسوس ہو تو اسے دریا میں ڈال دے اور (کسی قسم کا) خوف اور غم نہ کر، بلاشبہ ہم اسے تیری طرف واپس لوٹا دیں گے اور اسے رسولوں میں سے بنائیں گے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad

فَٱلْتَقَطَهُۥٓ ءَالُ فِرْعَوْنَ لِيَكُونَ لَهُمْ عَدُوًّۭا وَحَزَنًا ۗ إِنَّ فِرْعَوْنَ وَهَٰمَٰنَ وَجُنُودَهُمَا كَانُوا۟ خَٰطِـِٔينَ [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

And the family of Pharaoh took him up, that he might become for them an enemy and a sorrow, Lo! Pharaoh and Haman and their hosts were ever sinning. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

And the wife of Pharaoh said: (He will be) a consolation for me and for thee. Kill him not. Peradventure he may be of use to us, or we may choose him for a son. And they perceived not. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

And the heart of the mother of Moses became void, and she would have betrayed him if We had not fortified her heart, that she might be of the believers. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

اور صبح کو موسیٰ کی ماں کا دل بے صبر ہوگیا ضرو ر قریب تھا کہ وہ اس کا حال کھول دیتی اگر ہم نہ ڈھارس بندھاتے اس کے دل پر کہ اسے ہمارے وعدہ پر یقین رہے - Ahmed Raza

اور مادرِ موسیٰ کا دل بے چین ہوگیا اور قریب تھا کہ وہ اس (بچہ) کا حال ظاہر کر دے۔ اگر ہم اس کے دل کو مضبوط نہ کرتے تاکہ وہ (ہمارے وعدہ پر) ایمان لانے والوں میں سے ہو۔ - Najafi, Muhammad
