And when he came unto the water of Midian he found there a whole tribe of men, watering. And he found apart from them two women keeping back (their flocks). He said: What aileth you? The two said: We cannot give (our flocks) to drink till the shepherds return from the water; and our father is a very old man.

He said, [What is your business?] They said, [We do not water [our flock] until the shepherds have driven out [their flocks], and our father is an aged man.]

اور جب مدین کے چشمہ پروارد ہوئے تو لوگوں کی ایک جماعت کو دیکھا جو جانوروں کو پانی پلارہی تھی اور ان سے الگ دو عورتیں تھیں جو جانوروں کو روکے کھڑی تھیں .موسٰی نے پوچھا کہ تم لوگوں کا کیا مسئلہ ہے ان دونوں نے کہا کہ ہم اس وقت تک پانی نہیں پلاتے ہیں جب تک ساری قوم ہٹ نہ جائے اور ہمارے بابا ایک ضعیف العمر آدمی ہیں

اور جب وہ مَدیَن کے کنوئیں پر پہنچا تو اُس نے دیکھا کہ بہت سے لوگ اپنے جانوروں کو پانی پلا رہے ہیں اور ان سے الگ ایک طرف دو عورتیں اپنے جانوروں کو روک رہی ہیں موسیٰؑ نے اِن عورتوں سے پوچھا ——تمہیں کیا پریشانی ہے؟—— انہوں نے کہا ——ہم اپنے جانوروں کو پانی نہیں پلا سکتیں جب تک یہ چرواہے اپنے جانور نکال کر نہ لے جائیں، اور ہمارے والد ایک بہت بوڑھے آدمی ہیں——

اور جب وہ مدین کے پانی (کنویں) پر پہنچا تو وہاں لوگوں کا ایک مجمع پایا جو (اپنے مویشیوں کو) پانی پلا رہا ہے اور ان لوگوں سے الگ دو عورتوں کو پایا کہ وہ (اپنے ریوڑ کو) روکے ہوئے کھڑی ہیں۔ موسیٰ نے کہا تمہارا کیا معاملہ ہے؟ ان دونوں نے کہا ہم اس وقت تک (اپنے جانوروں کو) پانی نہیں پلاتیں جب تک (یہ) چرواہے اپنے مویشیوں کو (پانی پلا کر) نہ لے جائیں اور ہمارے والد بہت بوڑھے ہیں۔

This website is a work of passion. It exists only for a couple of reasons:

1) I wanted to understand the Book without involving any second-party sources of guidance i.e. exegesis, or Asbab-e-Nuzul, or extra-Quranic ahadith, etc.
2) You must also know what the bare truth is, so we can work together.

Because the process must be transparent, the entire website is available for you to download. You can go through the code, and if you can make any improvements to this process, you are most welcome to. It is a humble request to update me regarding the improvements so I can also update myself.
