And when she heard of their sly talk, she sent to them and prepared for them a cushioned couch (to lie on at the feast) and gave to every one of them a knife and said (to Joseph): Come out unto them! And when they saw him they exalted him and cut their hands, exclaiming: Allah Blameless! This is no a human being. This is not other than some gracious angel. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

پھر جب زلیخا نے ان عورتوں کی مکاری اور تشہیر کا حال سنا تو بلا بھیجا اور ان کے لئے پرتکلف دعوت کا انتطام کرکے مسند لگادی اور سب کو ایک ایک چھری دے دی اور یوسف سے کہا کہ تم ان کے سامنے سے نکل جاؤ پھر جیسے ہی ان لوگوں نے دیکھا تو بڑا حسین و جمیل پایا اور اپنے ہاتھ کاٹ ڈالے اور کہا کہ ماشائ اللہ یہ تو آدمی نہیں ہے بلکہ کوئی محترم فرشتہ ہے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

اس نے جو اُن کی یہ مکارانہ باتیں سنیں تو اُن کو بلاوا بھیج دیا اور ان کے لیے تکیہ دار مجلس آراستہ کی اور ضیافت میں ہر ایک کے آگے ایک چھری رکھ دی (پھر عین اس وقت جبکہ وہ پھل کاٹ کاٹ کر کھا رہی تھیں) اس نے یوسفؑ کو اشارہ کیا کہ ان کے سامنے نکل آ جب ان عورتوں کی نگاہ اس پر پڑی تو وہ دنگ رہ گئیں اور اپنے ہاتھ کاٹ بیٹھیں اور بے ساختہ پکا ر اٹھیں ——حاشاللّٰہ، یہ شخص انسان نہیں ہے، یہ تو کوئی بزرگ فرشتہ ہے—— - Maududi, Abul A'ala

تو جب زلیخا نے ان کا چرچا سنا تو ان عورتوں کو بلا بھیجا اور ان کے لیے مسندیں تیار کیں اور ان میں ہر ایک کو ایک چھری دی اور یوسف سے کہا ان پر نکل آؤ جب عورتوں نے یوسف کو دیکھا اس کی بڑائی بولنے لگیں اور اپنے ہاتھ کاٹ لیے اور بولیں اللہ کو پاکی ہے یہ تو جنس بشر سے نہیں یہ تو نہیں مگر کوئی معزز فرشتہ، - Ahmed Raza

جب زلیخا نے ان عورتوں کی یہ مکارانہ باتیں سنیں تو اس نے انہیں بلوا بھیجا اور ان کے لئے مسندیں لگا دیں اور ہر ایک کو (پھل کاٹنے کیلئے) ایک چھری دے دی۔ (پھر جب وہ پھل کاٹ کر کھانے لگیں تو) اس نے یوسف (ع) سے کہا ذرا ان کے سامنے نکل آ پس جب انہوں نے دیکھا تو (حسن و جمال میں) انہیں بڑھا ہوا پایا (لہٰذا حیران رہ گئیں اور پھل کی بجائے) اپنے ہاتھ کاٹ بیٹھیں (اور احساس تک نہ ہوا) اور (بے ساختہ) کہہ اٹھیں ماشاء اللہ۔ یہ انسان نہیں ہے بلکہ کوئی معزز فرشتہ ہے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad
