كَٱلَّذِينَ

أَشَدَّ

مِنكُمْ

قُوَّةًۭ

وَأَكْثَرَ

أَمْوَٰلًۭا

وَأَوْلَٰدًۭا

فَٱسْتَمْتَعُوا۟

بِخَلَٰقِهِمْ

فَٱسْتَمْتَعْتُم

بِخَلَٰقِكُمْ

كَمَا

ٱسْتَمْتَعَ

ٱلَّذِينَ

وَخُضْتُمْ

كَٱلَّذِى

خَاضُوٓا۟

أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ

حَبِطَتْ

أَعْمَٰلُهُمْ

فِى

ٱلدُّنْيَا

وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ

وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ

هُمُ

[untranslated]

ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ

[untranslated]

٦٩

كَٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُمْ كَانُوٓا۟ أَشَدَّ مِنكُمْ قُوَّةًۭ وَأَكْثَرَ أَمْوَٰلًۭا وَأَوْلَٰدًۭا فَٱسْتَمْتَعُوا۟ بِخَلَٰقِهِمْ فَٱسْتَمْتَعْتُم بِخَلَٰقِكُمْ كَمَا ٱسْتَمْتَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِكُم بِخَلَٰقِهِمْ وَخُضْتُمْ كَٱلَّذِى خَاضُوٓا۟ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ حَبِطَتْ أَعْمَٰلُهُمْ فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۖ وَأُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ هُمُ ٱلْخَٰسِرُونَ

⦿

Even as those before you who were mightier than you in strength, and more affluent than you in wealth and children. They enjoyed their lot awhile, so ye enjoy your lot awhile even as those before you did enjoy their lot awhile. And ye prate even as they prated. Such are they whose works have perished in the world and the Hereafter. Such are they who are the losers.

[Hypocrites! Your case is] similar to those who were before you, who were more powerful than you and more abounding in wealth and children: they enjoyed their share [of worldly existence]; you too enjoy your share, just like those who were before you enjoyed their share, and you have gossiped [impiously] as they gossiped. They are the ones whose works have failed in this world and the Hereafter; and it is they who are the losers.

like that of those who lived before you, whose power, wealth, and children were much greater than yours. They enjoyed their share of the worldly gains and you, also, like them, have enjoyed yours. You have been sneaking among the people to cause trouble, just as they had been doing before you. Such people's deeds are devoid of all virtue both in this life and in the life hereafter. They indeed are lost.

Like those before you; they were stronger than you in power and more abundant in wealth and children, so they enjoyed their portion; thus have you enjoyed your portion as those before you enjoyed their portion; and you entered into vain discourses like the vain discourses in which entered those before you. These are they whose works are null in this world and the hereafter, and these are they who are the losers.

Like those before you who were stronger than you, possessed more wealth and children; they enjoyed their share in this life as you have enjoyed yours; like them, you have indulged in idle talk. It is they whose works shall come to nothing in this world and in the life to come -- and it is they who shall be the losers.

تمہاری مثال تم سے پہلے والوں کی ہے جو تم سے زیادہ طاقتور تھے اور تم سے زیادہ مالدار اور صاحب هاولاد بھی تھے -انہوں نے اپنے حصّہ سے خوب فائدہ اٹھایا اور تم نے بھی اسی طرح اپنے نصیب سے فائدہ اٹھایا جس طرح تم سے پہلے والوں نے اٹھایا تھا اور اسی طرح لغویات میں داخل ہوئے جس طرح وہ لوگ داخل ہوئے تھے حالانکہ وہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن کے اعمال دنیا اور آخرت میں برباد ہوگئے اور وہی وہ لوگ ہیں جو حقیقتا خسارہ والے ہیں

تم لوگوں کے رنگ ڈھنگ وہی ہیں جو تمہارے پیش روؤں کے تھے وہ تم سے زیادہ زور آور اور تم سے بڑھ کر مال اور اولاد والے تھے پھر انہوں نے دنیا میں اپنے حصہ کے مزے لوٹ لیے اور تم نے بھی اپنے حصے کے مزے اسی طرح لوٹے جیسے انہوں نے لوٹے تھے، اور ویسی ہی بحثوں میں تم بھی پڑے جیسی بحثوں میں وہ پڑے تھے، سو ان کا انجام یہ ہوا کہ دنیا اور آخرت میں ان کا سب کیا دھرا ضائع ہو گیا اور وہی خسارے میں ہیں

جیسے وہ جو تم سے پہلے تھے تم سے زور میں بڑھ کر تھے اور ان کے مال اور اولاد سے زیادہ، تو وہ اپنا حصہ برت گئے تو تم نے اپنا حصہ برتا جیسے اگلے اپنا حصہ برت گئے اور تم بیہودگی میں پڑے جیسے وہ پڑے تھے ان کے عمل اکارت گئے دنیا اور آخرت میں اور وہی لوگ گھاٹے میں ہیں

(اے منافقو! تمہاری حالت) ان لوگوں جیسی ہے جو تم سے پہلے گزر چکے۔ جو تم سے زیادہ طاقتور تھے اور مال و اولاد بھی تم سے زیادہ رکھتے تھے پس انہوں نے اپنے (دنیوی) حصہ سے فائدہ اٹھایا اور تم نے بھی اپنے (دنیوی) حصہ سے اسی طرح فائدہ اٹھایا جس طرح تم سے پہلے گزرے ہوؤں نے فائدہ اٹھایا تھا۔ اور تم بھی ویسے ہی لغو بحثوں میں پڑے جیسے وہ پڑے تھے۔ یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن کے اعمال دنیا و آخرت میں اکارت ہوئے اور یہی لوگ ہیں جو گھاٹا اٹھانے والے ہیں۔

ٱللَّهُ

لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ

وَلَٰكِن

كَانُوٓا۟

أَنفُسَهُمْ

يَظْلِمُونَ

٧٠

أَلَمْ يَأْتِهِمْ نَبَأُ ٱلَّذِينَ مِن قَبْلِهِمْ قَوْمِ نُوحٍۢ وَعَادٍۢ وَثَمُودَ وَقَوْمِ إِبْرَٰهِيمَ وَأَصْحَٰبِ مَدْيَنَ وَٱلْمُؤْتَفِكَٰتِ ۚ أَتَتْهُمْ رُسُلُهُم بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ ۖ فَمَا كَانَ ٱللَّهُ لِيَظْلِمَهُمْ وَلَٰكِن كَانُوٓا۟ أَنفُسَهُمْ يَظْلِمُونَ

⦿

Hath not the fame of those before them reached them - the folk of Noah, A'ad, Thamud, the folk of Abraham, the dwellers of Midian and the disasters (which befell them)? Their messengers (from Allah) came unto them with proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty). So Allah surely wronged them not, but they did wrong themselves.

Has there not come to them the account of those who were before them—the people of Noah, [Ad, and Tham£d, and the people of Abraham, the inhabitants of Midian, and the towns that were overturned? Their apostles brought them manifest proofs. So it was not Allah who wronged them, but it was they who used to wrong themselves.

Have they not heard the stories of the people of Noah, the tribe of Ad, Thamud, the people of Abraham, the dwellers of the city of Midian, and those of the Subverted Cities? God's Messengers came to each of them with miracles. God did not do any injustice to them, but they wronged themselves.

Has not the news of those before them come to them; of the people of Nuh and Ad and Samood, and the people of Ibrahim and the dwellers of Madyan and the overthrown cities; their apostles came to them with clear arguments; so it was not Allah Who should do them injustice, but they were unjust to themselves.

کیا ان لوگوں کے پاس ان سے پہلے والے افراد قوم نوح علیھ السّلام ,عاد علیھ السّلام ,ثمود علیھ السّلام ,قوم ابراہیم علیھ السّلام,اصحاب مدین اور الٹ دی جانے والی بستیوں کی خبرنہیں آئی جن کے پاس ان کے رسول واضح نشانیاں لے کر آئے اور انہوں نے انکار کردیا -خدا کسی پر ظلم کرنے والا نہیں ہے لوگ خود اپنے نفس پر ظلم کرتے ہیں

کیا اِن لوگوں کو اپنے پیش روؤں کی تاریخ نہیں پہنچی؟ نوحؑ کی قوم، عاد، ثمود، ابراہیمؑ کی قوم، مدین کے لوگ اور وہ بستیاں جنہیں الٹ دیا گیا اُن کے رسول ان کے پاس کھلی کھلی نشانیاں لے کر آئے، پھر یہ اللہ کا کام نہ تھا کہ ان پر ظلم کرتا مگر وہ آپ ہی اپنے اوپر ظلم کرنے والے تھے

کیا انہیں اپنے سے اگلوں کی خبر نہ آئی نوح کی قوم اور عاد اور ثمود اور ابراہیم کی قوم اور مدین والے اور وہ بستیاں کہ الٹ دی گئیں ان کے رسول روشن دلیلیں ان کے پاس لائے تھے تو اللہ کی شان نہ تھی کہ ان پر ظلم کرتا بلکہ وہ خود ہی اپنی جانوں پر ظالم تھے

کیا انہیں ان لوگوں کی خبر نہیں ملی جو ان سے پہلے گزر چکے ہیں (جیسے) نوح کی قوم، اور عاد و ثمود اور ابراہیم کی قوم! اور مدین والے اور وہ جن کی بستیاں الٹ دی گئی تھیں (قومِ لوط) ان کے پاس ان کے پیغمبر کھلی ہوئی نشانیاں (معجزات) لے کر آئے تھے۔ (مگر وہ اپنی گمراہی سے باز نہ آئے)۔ اللہ تو ایسا نہ تھا کہ ان پر ظلم کرتا مگر وہ خود ہی اپنے اوپر ظلم کرتے تھے۔

وَٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتُ بَعْضُهُمْ أَوْلِيَآءُ بَعْضٍۢ ۚ يَأْمُرُونَ بِٱلْمَعْرُوفِ وَيَنْهَوْنَ عَنِ ٱلْمُنكَرِ وَيُقِيمُونَ ٱلصَّلَوٰةَ وَيُؤْتُونَ ٱلزَّكَوٰةَ وَيُطِيعُونَ ٱللَّهَ وَرَسُولَهُۥٓ ۚ أُو۟لَٰٓئِكَ سَيَرْحَمُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ۗ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ عَزِيزٌ حَكِيمٌۭ

⦿

And the believers, men and women, are protecting friends one of another; they enjoin the right and forbid the wrong, and they establish worship and they pay the poor-due, and they obey Allah and His messenger. As for these, Allah will have mercy on them. Lo! Allah is Mighty, Wise.

But the faithful, men and women, are comrades of one another: they bid what is right and forbid what is wrong and maintain the prayer, give the zakat, and obey Allah and His Apostle. It is they to whom Allah will soon grant His mercy. Indeed Allah is all-mighty, all-wise.

The believers, both male and female, are each other's guardians. They try to make others do good, prevent them from committing sins, perform their prayers, pay the religious tax, and obey God and His Messenger. God will have mercy on them; He is Majestic and All-wise.

And (as for) the believing men and the believing women, they are guardians of each other; they enjoin good and forbid evil and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, and obey Allah and His Apostle; (as for) these, Allah will show mercy to them; surely Allah is Mighty, Wise.

The believers, both men and women, are friends to each other; they enjoin what is good and forbid evil, they attend to their prayers and pay the alms and obey God and His Messenger. On these God will have mercy, for God is almighty and wise.

مومن مرد اور مومن عورتیں آپس میں سب ایک دوسرے کے ولی اور مددگار ہیں کہ یہ سب ایک دوسرے کو نیکیوں کا حکم دیتے ہیں اور برائیوں سے روکتے ہیں,نماز قائم کرتے ہیں -زکوِٰ ادا کرتے ہیں اللہ اور رسول کی اطاعت کرتے ہیں -یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن پر عنقریب خدا رحمت نازل کرے گا کہ وہ ہر شے پر غالب اور صاحبِ حکمت ہے

⦿

مومن مرد اور مومن عورتیں، یہ سب ایک دوسرے کے رفیق ہیں، بھلائی کا حکم دیتے اور برائی سے روکتے ہیں، نماز قائم کرتے ہیں، زکوٰۃ دیتے ہیں اور اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرتے ہیں یہ وہ لوگ ہیں جن پر اللہ کی رحمت نازل ہو کر رہے گی، یقیناً اللہ سب پر غالب اور حکیم و دانا ہے

⦿

اور مسلمان مرد اور مسلمان عورتیں ایک دوسرے کے رفیق ہیں بھلائی کا حکم دیں اور برائی سے منع کریں اور نماز قائم رکھیں اور زکوٰة دیں اور اللہ و رسول کا حکم مانیں، یہ ہیں جن پر عنقریب اللہ رحم کرے گا، بیشک اللہ غالب حکمت والا ہے،

اور مؤمن مرد اور مؤمن عورتیں یہ سب باہم دگریکرنگ و ہم آہنگ ہیں وہ بھلائی کا حکم دیتے ہیں اور برائی سے روکتے ہیں اور نماز قائم کرتے ہیں۔ اور زکوٰۃ ادا کرتے ہیں۔ اور اللہ اور اس کے رسول کی اطاعت کرتے ہیں۔ یہی وہ لوگ ہیں جن پر اللہ ضرور رحم فرمائے گا۔ یقینا اللہ زبردست ہے، بڑا حکمت والا ہے۔

وَمَسَٰكِنَ

جَنَّٰتِ

عَدْنٍۢ

وَرِضْوَٰنٌۭ

مِّنَ

ذَٰلِكَ

هُوَ

ٱلْفَوْزُ

ٱلْعَظِيمُ

٧٢

وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ وَٱلْمُؤْمِنَٰتِ جَنَّٰتٍۢ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا ٱلْأَنْهَٰرُ خَٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا وَمَسَٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةًۭ فِى جَنَّٰتِ عَدْنٍۢ ۚ وَرِضْوَٰنٌۭ مِّنَ ٱللَّهِ أَكْبَرُ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ هُوَ ٱلْفَوْزُ ٱلْعَظِيمُ

⦿

Allah promiseth to the believers, men and women, Gardens underneath which rivers flow, wherein they will abide - blessed dwellings in Gardens of Eden. And - greater (far)! - acceptance from Allah. That is the supreme triumph.

Allah has promised the faithful, men and women, gardens with streams running in them, to remain in them [forever], and good dwellings in the Gardens of Eden. Yet Allah]s pleasure is greater [than all these]; that is the great success.

God has promised the believers gardens wherein streams flow and wherein they will live forever in the excellent mansions of the garden of Eden. What is more important than all this for them is that God is pleased with them. Such is the supreme triumph.

Allah has promised to the believing men and the believing women gardens, beneath which rivers flow, to abide in them, and goodly dwellings in gardens of perpetual abode; and best of all is Allah's goodly pleasure; that is the grand achievement.

God has promised the believers, both men and women, Gardens through which rivers flow, wherein they will abide, and fine dwelling places in Gardens of eternity. But the good pleasure of God is greater still. That is the supreme achievement.

اللہ نے مومن مرد اور مومن عورتوں سے ان باغات کا وعدہ کیا ہے جن کی نیچے نہریں جاری ہوں گی -یہ ان میں ہمیشہ رہنے والے ہیں -ان جنااُ عدن میں پاکیزہ مکانات ہیں اور اللہ کی مرضی تو سب سے بڑی چیز ہے اور یہی ایک عظیم کامیابی ہے

ان مومن مردوں اور عورتوں سے اللہ کا وعدہ ہے کہ انہیں ایسے باغ دے گا جن کے نیچے نہریں بہتی ہوں گی اور وہ ان میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے ان سدا بہار باغوں میں ان کے لیے پاکیزہ قیام گاہیں ہوں گی، اور سب سے بڑھ کر یہ کہ اللہ کی خوشنودی انہیں حاصل ہوگی یہی بڑی کامیابی ہے

اللہ نے مسلمان مردوں اور مسلمان عورتوں کو باغوں کا وعدہ دیا ہے جن کے نیچے نہریں رواں ان میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے اور پاکیزہ مکانوں کا بسنے کے باغوں میں، اور اللہ کی رضا سب سے بڑی یہی ہے بڑی مراد پانی،

اللہ نے مؤمن مردوں اور مؤمن عورتوں سے ان بہشتوں کا وعدہ کیا ہے جن کے نیچے نہریں بہہ رہی ہوں گی وہ ان میں ہمیشہ رہیں گے نیز ان کے لئے ان ہمیشگی کے بہشتوں (سدا بہار باغوں) میں پاک و پاکیزہ مکانات ہوں گے۔ اور اللہ کی خوشنودی سب سے بڑی ہے۔ یہی ہے بہت بڑی کامیابی۔

وَمَأْوَىٰهُمْ

جَهَنَّمُ

وَبِئْسَ

ٱلْمَصِيرُ

O Prophet! Strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites! Be harsh with them. Their ultimate abode is hell, a hapless journey's end.

يَحْلِفُونَ بِٱللَّهِ مَا قَالُوا۟ وَلَقَدْ قَالُوا۟ كَلِمَةَ ٱلْكُفْرِ وَكَفَرُوا۟ بَعْدَ إِسْلَٰمِهِمْ وَهَمُّوا۟ بِمَا لَمْ يَنَالُوا۟ ۚ وَمَا نَقَمُوٓا۟ إِلَّآ أَنْ أَغْنَىٰهُمُ ٱللَّهُ وَرَسُولُهُۥ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ ۚ فَإِن يَتُوبُوا۟ يَكُ خَيْرًۭا لَّهُمْ ۖ وَإِن يَتَوَلَّوْا۟ يُعَذِّبْهُمُ ٱللَّهُ عَذَابًا أَلِيمًۭا فِى ٱلدُّنْيَا وَٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ ۚ وَمَا لَهُمْ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ مِن وَلِىٍّۢ وَلَا نَصِيرٍۢ

⦿

They swear by Allah that they said nothing (wrong), yet they did say the word of disbelief, and did disbelieve after their Surrender (to Allah). And they purposed that which they could not attain, and they sought revenge only that Allah by His messenger should enrich them of His bounty. If they repent it will be better for them; and if they turn away, Allah will afflict them with a painful doom in the world and the Hereafter, and they have no protecting friend nor helper in the earth.

They swear by Allah that they did not say it. But they certainly did utter the word of unfaith and renounced faith after their Islam. They contemplated what they could not achieve, and they were vindictive only because Allah and His Apostle had enriched them out of His grace. Yet if they repent, it will be better for them; but if they turn away, Allah shall punish them with a painful punishment in this world and the Hereafter, and they shall not find on the earth any guardian or helper.

They (the hypocrites) swear by the Name of God (to make others believe in what they are saying). They have spoken the testimony of disbelief and have then turned back to disbelief. They have made unsuccessful attempts to cause trouble. There is no other reason for their ungratefulness except that God and His Messenger enriched them through their favors. If they repent, it will be better for them, but if they turn away (from the faith), God will make them suffer a painful punishment both in this life and in the life hereafter. They will find no guardian nor any helper in the land.

They swear by Allah that they did not speak, and certainly they did speak, the word of unbelief, and disbelieved after their Islam, and they had determined upon what they have not been able to effect, and they did not find fault except because Allah and His Apostle enriched them out of His grace; therefore if they repent, it will be good for them; and if they turn back, Allah will chastise them with a painful chastisement in this world and the hereafter, and they shall not have in the land any guardian or a helper.

They meditated a plot which they were unable to carry out, and being spiteful was their only response to God, who had enriched them out of His bounty, and to His Messenger. If they repent, it will indeed be better for them. If they turn away, God will punish them with grievous suffering in this world and the Hereafter, and there will be no one on earth to protect or help them.

یہ اپنی باتوں پر اللہ کی قسم کھاتے ہیں کہ ایسا نہیں کہا حالانکہ انہوں نے کلمہ کفر کہا ہے اور اپنے اسلام کے بعد کافر ہوگئے ہیں اور وہ ارادہ کیا تھا جو حاصل نہیں کرسکے اور ان کا غصہّ صرف اس بات پر ہے کہ اللہ اور رسول نے اپنے فضل و کرم سے مسلمانوں کو نواز دیا ہے -بہرحال یہ اب بھی توبہ کرلیں تو ان کے حق میں بہتر ہے اور منہ پھیرلیں تو اللہ ان پر دنیا اور آخرت میں دردناک عذاب کرے گا اور روئے زمین پر کوئی ان کا سرپرست اور مددگار نہ ہوگا

یہ لوگ خدا کی قسم کھا کھا کر کہتے ہیں کہ ہم نے وہ بات نہیں کہی، حالانکہ انہوں نے ضرور وہ کافرانہ بات کہی ہے وہ اسلام لانے کے بعد کفر کے مرتکب ہوئے اور انہوں نے وہ کچھ کرنے کا ارادہ کیا جسے کر نہ سکے یہ ان کا سارا غصہ اسی بات پر ہے نا کہ اللہ اور اس کے رسول نے اپنے فضل سے ان کو غنی کر دیا ہے! اب اگر یہ اپنی اس روش سے باز آ جائیں تو انہی کے لیے بہتر ہے اور اگر یہ باز نہ آئے تو اللہ ان کو نہایت درد ناک سزا دے گا، دنیا میں بھی اور آخرت میں بھی، اور زمین میں کوئی نہیں جو اِن کا حمایتی اور مددگار ہو

اللہ کی قسم کھاتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے نہ کہا اور بیشک ضرور انہوں نے کفر کی بات کہی اور اسلام میں آکر کافر ہوگئے اور وہ چاہا تھا جو انہیں نہ ملا اور انہیں کیا برا لگا یہی نہ کہ اللہ و رسول نے انہیں اپنے فضل سے غنی کردیا تو اگر وہ توبہ کریں تو ان کا بھلا ہے، اور اگر منہ پھیریں تو اللہ انہیں سخت عذاب کرے گا دنیا اور آخرت میں، اور زمین میں کوئی نہ ان کا حمایتی ہوگا اور نہ مددگار

وہ تمہارے سامنے اللہ کی قَسمیں کھاتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے (وہ بات) نہیں کہی۔ حالانکہ انہوں نے یقینا کفر کا کلمہ کہا ہے۔ اور اسلام لانے کے بعد کفر اختیار کیا ہے اور انہوں نے وہ کام کرنے کا قصد کیا ہے جسے وہ کر نہ سکے ان کی یہ سب خشمناکی اور عیب جوئی صرف اس وجہ سے ہے کہ خدا و رسول نے (مالِ غنیمت دے کر) ان کو تونگر کر دیا ہے۔ سو اگر وہ اب بھی توبہ کر لیں تو یہ ان کے لئے بہتر ہے اور اگر وہ روگردانی کریں تو اللہ انہیں دنیا و آخرت میں دردناک عذاب دے گا۔ اور تمام روئے زمین پر ان کا کوئی حامی اور یار و مددگار نہ ہوگا۔

And of them is he who made a covenant with Allah (saying): If He give us of His bounty we will give alms and become of the righteous.

Yet when He gave them of His bounty, they hoarded it and turned away, averse;

So He hath made the consequence (to be) hypocrisy in their hearts until the day when they shall meet Him, because they broke their word to Allah that they promised Him, and because they lied.

So He caused hypocrisy to ensue in their hearts until the day they will encounter Him, because of their going back on what they had promised Allah and because of the lies they used to tell.

God will, for their disregard of their promise and their telling lies, place hypocrisy in their hearts which will not leave them until they face the consequences of their deeds.

نتیجہ یہ نکلا کہ ان کی اِس بد عہدی کی وجہ سے جو انہوں نے اللہ کے ساتھ کی، اور اس جھوٹ کی وجہ سے جو وہ بولتے رہے، اللہ نے ان کے دلوں میں نفاق بٹھا دیا جو اس کے حضور ان کی پیشی کے دن تک ان کا پیچھا نہ چھوڑے گا

تو اس کے پیچھے اللہ نے ان کے دلوں میں نفاق رکھ دیا اس دن تک کہ اس سے ملیں گے بدلہ اس کا کہ انہوں نے اللہ سے وعدہ جھوٹا کیا اور بدلہ اس کا کہ جھوٹ بولتے تھے

This website is a work of passion. It exists only for a couple of reasons:

1) I wanted to understand the Book without involving any second-party sources of guidance i.e. exegesis, or Asbab-e-Nuzul, or extra-Quranic ahadith, etc.
2) You must also know what the bare truth is, so we can work together.

Because the process must be transparent, the entire website is available for you to download. You can go through the code, and if you can make any improvements to this process, you are most welcome to. It is a humble request to update me regarding the improvements so I can also update myself.

Due Credits:

This website was possible by help of many people and forums who helped me to learn Arabic, Philosophy, Law, Psychology, and PHP and other Web scripts. To be honest, I do not even know the names of many but I did learn from them. Some of these people were already dead by the time I read their input.

The entire code of this website is available for the same reason, that what they taught me, I can only pay it forward.

The Arabic text of the Quran was obtained from Tanzil. The additional translations were also obtained from Tanzil from this link.
