Moosa
إِذْ

We sent him

فِرْعَوْنَ

بِسُلْطَٰنٍۢ
with an authority of
مُّبِينٍۢ
clarity.
And (left signs) in (hadith of) Moosa when We sent him to Fir'oun with an authority of clarity.
