أَفَلَا
Then why not
يَتُوبُونَ
they return
إِلَى
to
ٱللَّهِ
the One
وَيَسْتَغْفِرُونَهُۥ
and ask for His forgiveness?
ۚ
وَٱللَّهُ
And the One is
غَفُورٌۭ
forgiving,
رَّحِيمٌۭ
merciful.
Then why not they return to the One and ask for His forgiveness? And the One is forgiving, merciful.

Will they not rather turn unto Allah and seek forgiveness of Him? For Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

before him
ٱلرُّسُلُ
the messengers,
وَأُمُّهُۥ
and his mother was
صِدِّيقَةٌۭ
truthful;
ۖ
كَانَا
they were
يَأْكُلَانِ
consumers of
ٱلطَّعَامَ
the provisions;
ۗ
ٱنظُرْ
see
كَيْفَ
how
نُبَيِّنُ
We make clear
لَهُمُ
for them
ٱلْـَٔايَٰتِ
the signs,
ثُمَّ
then
ٱنظُرْ
see
أَنَّىٰ
how
يُؤْفَكُونَ
they are being foolish.
٥
٧٥
مَّا ٱلْمَسِيحُ ٱبْنُ مَرْيَمَ إِلَّا رَسُولٌۭ قَدْ خَلَتْ مِن قَبْلِهِ ٱلرُّسُلُ وَأُمُّهُۥ صِدِّيقَةٌۭ ۖ كَانَا يَأْكُلَانِ ٱلطَّعَامَ ۗ ٱنظُرْ كَيْفَ نُبَيِّنُ لَهُمُ ٱلْـَٔايَٰتِ ثُمَّ ٱنظُرْ أَنَّىٰ يُؤْفَكُونَ Not is al-Maseeh son of Maryam except a messenger, surely passed from before him the messengers, and his mother was truthful; they were consumers of the provisions; see how We make clear for them the signs, then see how they are being foolish.

The Messiah, son of Mary, was no other than a messenger, messengers (the like of whom) had passed away before him. And his mother was a saintly woman. And they both used to eat (earthly) food. See how We make the revelations clear for them, and see how they are turned away! - Pickthall, Marmaduke

The Messiah, son of Mary, is but an apostle. Certainly, [other] apostles have passed before him, and his mother was a truthful one. Both of them would eat food. Look how We clarify the signs for them, and yet, look, how they go astray! - Qarai, Ali Quli

وَلَا
nor
نَفْعًۭا
profit?
ۚ
وَٱللَّهُ
And the One
هُوَ
is He who is
ٱلسَّمِيعُ
the Hearer,
ٱلْعَلِيمُ
the Knowledgeable.]

قُلْ أَتَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ مَا لَا يَمْلِكُ لَكُمْ ضَرًّۭا وَلَا نَفْعًۭا ۚ وَٱللَّهُ هُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ Say, [Are you servants of that which is lower than the One who not possess for you any pain nor profit? And the One is He who is the Hearer, the Knowledgeable.]

Say: Serve ye in place of Allah that which possesseth for you neither hurt nor use? Allah it is Who is the Hearer, the Knower. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Say, [Do you worship, besides Allah, what has no power to bring you any benefit or harm, while Allah—He is the All-hearing, the All-knowing?!] - Qarai, Ali Quli

(Muhammad), say to them, [Do you worship things besides God which can neither harm or benefit you?] It is only God who is All-hearing and All-knowing. - Sarwar, Muhammad
