هُوَ
He is
ٱلَّذِى
the Entity who
يُرِيكُمْ
shows to you
ءَايَٰتِهِۦ
His signs
وَيُنَزِّلُ
and sends down
لَكُم
for you
مِّنَ
from
ٱلسَّمَآءِ
the sky
رِزْقًۭا
sustenance;
ۚ
وَمَا
and not
يَتَذَكَّرُ
remembers
إِلَّا
except
مَن
who is
يُنِيبُ
His assistant.
٤٠
١٣
هُوَ ٱلَّذِى يُرِيكُمْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦ وَيُنَزِّلُ لَكُم مِّنَ ٱلسَّمَآءِ رِزْقًۭا ۚ وَمَا يَتَذَكَّرُ إِلَّا مَن يُنِيبُ He is the Entity who shows to you His signs and sends down for you from the sky sustenance; and not remembers except who is His assistant.

He it is Who showeth you His portents, and sendeth down for you provision from the sky. None payeth heed save him who turneth (unto Him) repentant. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

It is He who shows you His signs and sends down provision for you from the sky. Yet no one takes admonition except those who return penitently [to Allah]. - Qarai, Ali Quli

It is He who has shown you the evidence of His existence and has sent you sustenance from the sky, yet only those who turn to God in repentance take heed. - Sarwar, Muhammad

وہی ہے جو تم کو اپنی نشانیاں دکھاتا ہے اور آسمان سے تمہارے لیے رزق نازل کرتا ہے، مگر (اِن نشانیوں کے مشاہدے سے) سبق صرف وہی شخص لیتا ہے جو اللہ کی طرف رجوع کرنے والا ہو - Maududi, Abul A'ala

وہی ہے کہ تمہیں اپنی نشانیاں دکھاتا ہے اور تمہارے لیے آسمان سے روزی اتارتا ہے اور نصیحت نہیں مانتا مگر جو رجوع لائے - Ahmed Raza

وہ (اللہ) وہی ہے جو تمہیں اپنی (قدرت کی ) نشانیاں دکھاتا ہے اور تمہارے لئے آسمان سے رزق نازل کرتا ہے اور ان (نشانیوں) سے نصیحت صرف وہی حاصل کرتا ہے جو (اس کی طرف) رجوع کرتا ہے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad

فَٱدْعُوا۟
Thus call upon
ٱللَّهَ
the One
مُخْلِصِينَ
being loyal
لَهُ
to Him for
ٱلدِّينَ
the governance system
وَلَوْ
even if
كَرِهَ
it repulses
ٱلْكَٰفِرُونَ
the ones who are in denial.
Thus call upon the One being loyal to Him for the governance system even if it repulses the ones who are in denial.
⦿
Therefor (O believers) pray unto Allah, making religion pure for Him (only), however much the disbelievers be averse - - Pickthall, Marmaduke
⦿
So supplicate Allah, putting exclusive faith in Him, though the faithless should be averse. - Qarai, Ali Quli
⦿
Worship God and be devoted to His religion even though the disbelievers dislike this. - Sarwar, Muhammad
⦿
Therefore call upon Allah, being sincere to Him in obedience, though the unbelievers are averse: - Shakir, Habib

Therefore call upon God, making faith pure for Him, averse as the deniers of the truth may be to it: - Wahiduddin Khan

لہٰذا تم خالص عبادت کے ساتھ خدا کو پکارو چاہے کافرین کو یہ کتنا ہی ناگوار کیوں نہ ہو - Jawadi, Zeeshan

(پس اے رجوع کرنے والو) اللہ ہی کو پکارو اپنے دین کو اُس کے لیے خالص کر کے، خواہ تمہارا یہ فعل کافروں کو کتنا ہی ناگوار ہو - Maududi, Abul A'ala

تو اللہ کی بندگی کرو نرے اس کے بندے ہوکر پڑے برا مانیں کافر، - Ahmed Raza

پس اللہ ہی کو پکارو اس کے لئے دین کو (شرک و ریا سے) خالص کرتے ہوئے چاہے کافر ناپسند کریں۔ - Najafi, Muhammad

رَفِيعُ
Raised are
ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ
the ranks of
ذُو
Possessor of
ٱلْعَرْشِ
the throne,
يُلْقِى
joins
ٱلرُّوحَ
the spirit
مِنْ
from
أَمْرِهِۦ
His command
عَلَىٰ
upon
مَن
whom
يَشَآءُ
He desires
مِنْ
from
عِبَادِهِۦ
His slaves
لِيُنذِرَ
to give warning of
يَوْمَ
day of
ٱلتَّلَاقِ
the convergence.
٤٠
١٥
رَفِيعُ ٱلدَّرَجَٰتِ ذُو ٱلْعَرْشِ يُلْقِى ٱلرُّوحَ مِنْ أَمْرِهِۦ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦ لِيُنذِرَ يَوْمَ ٱلتَّلَاقِ Raised are the ranks of Possessor of the throne, joins the spirit from His command upon whom He desires from His slaves to give warning of day of the convergence.
⦿
The Exalter of Ranks, the Lord of the Throne. He causeth the Spirit of His command upon whom He will of His slaves, that He may warn of the Day of Meeting, - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Raiser of ranks, Lord of the Throne, He casts the Spirit of His command upon whomever of His servants that He wishes, that he may warn [people] of the Day of Encounter. - Qarai, Ali Quli
⦿
God is the promoter of His servants and the owner of the Throne. He sends His spirit by His command to whichever of His servants He wants to warn them of the Day of Judgment. - Sarwar, Muhammad

Possessor of the highest rank, Lord of power: He makes the inspiration to light by His command upon whom He pleases of His servants, that he may warn (men) of the day of meeting. - Shakir, Habib

Exalted and throned on high, He lets the Spirit descend at His behest upon whichever of His servants He will, so that he may warn of the Day of Meeting, - Wahiduddin Khan

وہ خدا بلند درجات کا مالک اور صاحبِ عرش ہے وہ اپنے بندوں میں سے جس پر چاہتا ہے اپنے حکم سے وحی کو نازل کرتا ہے تاکہ ملاقات کے دن سے لوگوں کو ڈرائے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

وہ بلند درجوں والا، مالک عرش ہے اپنے بندوں میں سے جس پر چاہتا ہے اپنے حکم سے روح نازل کر دیتا ہے تاکہ وہ ملاقات کے دن سے خبردار کر دے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

بلند درجے دینے والا عرش کامالک ایمان کی جان وحی ڈالتا ہے اپنے حکم سے اپنے بندوں میں جس پر چاہے کہ وہ ملنے کے دن سے ڈرائے - Ahmed Raza

(وہ) بلند درجوں والا (اور) عرش کا مالک ہے وہ اپنے بندوں میں سے جس پر چاہتا ہے اپنے حکم سے روح (وحی) کو نازل کرتا ہے تاکہ وہ بارگاہِ الٰہی میں حضوری والے دن سے ڈرائے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad

يَوْمَ
A day
هُم
they
بَٰرِزُونَ
will be coming out;
ۖ
لَا
not
يَخْفَىٰ
hides
عَلَى
upon
ٱللَّهِ
the One
مِنْهُمْ
from them
شَىْءٌۭ
any thing;
ۚ
لِّمَنِ
for Whom is
ٱلْمُلْكُ
the ownership of
ٱلْيَوْمَ
the day,
ۖ
لِلَّهِ
for the One,
ٱلْوَٰحِدِ
the Singular
ٱلْقَهَّارِ
Subjugator.
٤٠
١٦
يَوْمَ هُم بَٰرِزُونَ ۖ لَا يَخْفَىٰ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ مِنْهُمْ شَىْءٌۭ ۚ لِّمَنِ ٱلْمُلْكُ ٱلْيَوْمَ ۖ لِلَّهِ ٱلْوَٰحِدِ ٱلْقَهَّارِ A day they will be coming out; not hides upon the One from them any thing; for Whom is the ownership of the day, for the One, the Singular Subjugator.

The day when they come forth, nothing of them being hidden from Allah. Whose is the Sovereignty this day? It is Allah's, the One, the Almighty. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

The day when they will emerge [from their graves], nothing about them will be hidden from Allah. [To whom does the sovereignty belong today?] [To Allah, the One, the All-paramount!] - Qarai, Ali Quli
⦿
Nothing will remain hidden from God concerning them on the day when they appear before God (from their graves) (It will be asked), [To whom does the kingdom belong on this Day?] (It will be answered), [The kingdom belongs to the Almighty One God]. - Sarwar, Muhammad

(Of) the day when they shall come forth, nothing concerning them remains hidden to Allah. To whom belongs the kingdom this day? To Allah, the One, the Subduer (of all). - Shakir, Habib

the Day when they shall rise up [from their graves] and nothing about them will be hidden from God. [To whom shall the kingdom belong that Day?] It shall belong to God, the One, the All Powerful. - Wahiduddin Khan

جس دن سب نکل کر سامنے آجائیں گے اور خدا پر کوئی بات مخفی نہیں رہ جائے گی - آج کس کا ملک ہے بس خدائے واحد و قہار کا ملک ہے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

وہ دن جبکہ سب لوگ بے پردہ ہوں گے، اللہ سے ان کی کوئی بات بھی چھپی ہوئی نہ ہو گی (اُس روز پکار کر پوچھا جائے گا) آج بادشاہی کس کی ہے؟ (سارا عالم پکار اٹھے گا) اللہ واحد قہار کی - Maududi, Abul A'ala

جس دن وہ بالکل ظاہر ہوجائیں گے اللہ پر ان کا کچھ حال چھپا نہ ہوگا آج کسی کی بادشاہی ہے ایک اللہ سب پر غا لب کی، ف) - Ahmed Raza

وہ دن جب لوگ ظاہر ہوں گے ان کی کوئی بات اللہ پر پوشیدہ نہ ہوگی (آواز آئے گی) آج کس کی حکومت ہے؟ (جواب ملے گا) صرف اللہ کی جو واحد و یکتا ہے اور ہر چیز پر غالب ہے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad

ٱلْيَوْمَ
The day
تُجْزَىٰ
satisfactory payment will be made to
كُلُّ
every
نَفْسٍۭ
psyche
بِمَا
with what
كَسَبَتْ
it earned;
ۚ
لَا
no
ظُلْمَ
injustice will be done on
ٱلْيَوْمَ
that day;
ۚ
إِنَّ
surely
ٱللَّهَ
the One is
سَرِيعُ
swift of
ٱلْحِسَابِ
the final calculation.
٤٠
١٧
ٱلْيَوْمَ تُجْزَىٰ كُلُّ نَفْسٍۭ بِمَا كَسَبَتْ ۚ لَا ظُلْمَ ٱلْيَوْمَ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ سَرِيعُ ٱلْحِسَابِ The day satisfactory payment will be made to every psyche with what it earned; no injustice will be done on that day; surely the One is swift of the final calculation.

This day is each soul requited that which it hath earned; no wrong (is done) this day. Lo! Allah is swift at reckoning. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

[Today every soul shall be requited for what it has earned. There will be no injustice today. Indeed Allah is swift at reckoning.] - Qarai, Ali Quli

Every soul will be recompensed for its deeds on this Day. There will be no injustice. Certainly God's reckoning is swift. - Sarwar, Muhammad

This day every soul shall be rewarded for what it has earned; no injustice (shall be done) this day; surely Allah is quick in reckoning. - Shakir, Habib

آج ہرنفس کو اس کے کئے کا بدلہ دیا جائے گا اور آج کسی طرح کا ظلم نہ ہوسکے گا بیشک اللہ بہت جلد حساب کرنے والا ہے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

(کہا جائے گا) آج ہر متنفس کو اُس کمائی کا بدلہ دیا جائے گا جو اس نے کی تھی آج کسی پر کوئی ظلم نہ ہو گا اور اللہ حساب لینے میں بہت تیز ہے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

آج ہر جان اپنے کےٴ کا بدلہ پاےٴ گی آج کسی پر زیادتی نہیں، بیشک اللہ جلد حساب لینے والا ہے، - Ahmed Raza

آج ہر شخص کو اس کے کئے کا بدلہ دیا جائے گا آج کچھ بھی ظلم نہ ہوگا بیشک اللہ جلد حساب لینے والا ہے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad
