مَن كَفَرَ فَعَلَيْهِ كُفْرُهُۥ ۖ وَمَنْ عَمِلَ صَٰلِحًۭا فَلِأَنفُسِهِمْ يَمْهَدُونَ

⦿

Whoso disbelieveth must (then) bear the consequences of his disbelief, while those who do right make provision for themselves -

Whoever is faithless shall face the consequences of his faithlessness, and those who act righteously only prepare for their own souls,

Those who disbelieve do so against their own souls. Those who do good pave the way for their own benefit.

That He may reward out of His bounty those who believe and do good works. Lo! He loveth not the disbelievers (in His guidance).

وَمِنْ ءَايَٰتِهِۦٓ أَن يُرْسِلَ ٱلرِّيَاحَ مُبَشِّرَٰتٍۢ وَلِيُذِيقَكُم مِّن رَّحْمَتِهِۦ وَلِتَجْرِىَ ٱلْفُلْكُ بِأَمْرِهِۦ وَلِتَبْتَغُوا۟ مِن فَضْلِهِۦ وَلَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ

And of His signs is this: He sendeth herald winds to make you taste His mercy, and that the ships may sail at His command, and that ye may seek his favour, and that haply ye may be thankful.

And of His signs is that He sends the winds as bearers of good news and to let you taste of His mercy, and that the ships may sail by His command, and that you may seek of His bounty, and so that you may give [Him] thanks.

اُس کی نشانیوں میں سے یہ ہے کہ وہ ہوائیں بھیجتا ہے بشارت دینے کے لیے اور تمہیں اپنی رحمت سے بہرہ مند کرنے کے لیے اور اس غرض کے لیے کہ کشتیاں اس کے حکم سے چلیں اور تم اس کا فضل تلاش کرو اور اس کے شکر گزار بنو

اور اس کی نشانیوں سے ہے کہ ہوائیں بھیجتا ہے مژدہ سناتی اور اس لیے کہ تمہیں اپنی رحمت کا ذائقہ دے اور اس لیے کہ کشتی اس کے حکم سے چلے اور اس لیے کہ اس کا فضل تلاش کرو اور اس لیے کہ تم حق مانو

وَلَقَدْ أَرْسَلْنَا مِن قَبْلِكَ رُسُلًا إِلَىٰ قَوْمِهِمْ فَجَآءُوهُم بِٱلْبَيِّنَٰتِ فَٱنتَقَمْنَا مِنَ ٱلَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا۟ ۖ وَكَانَ حَقًّا عَلَيْنَا نَصْرُ ٱلْمُؤْمِنِينَ

⦿

Verily We sent before thee (Muhammad) messengers to their own folk. Then we took vengeance upon those who were guilty (in regard to them). To help believers is ever incumbent upon Us.

⦿

Certainly We sent apostles to their people before you, and they brought them manifest proofs. Then We took vengeance upon those who were guilty, and it was a must for Us to help the faithful.

⦿

(Muhammad), We had sent before you Our Messengers to their people. The Messengers showed them clear miracles and We took revenge on the criminals. It was necessary for Us to help the believers.

And certainly We sent before you apostles to their people, so they came to them with clear arguments, then We gave the punishment to those who were guilty; and helping the believers is ever incumbent on Us.

Surely, We sent messengers before you to their own people, and they brought them clear signs. Then We took vengeance on the guilty. It was certainly Our duty to help the believers.

اور بیشک ہم نے تم سے پہلے کتنے رسول ان کی قوم کی طرف بھیجے تو وہ ان کے پاس کھلی نشانیاں لائے پھر ہم نے مجرموں سے بدلہ لیا اور ہمارے ذمہٴ کرم پر ہے مسلمانوں کی مدد فرمانا

ٱللَّهُ ٱلَّذِى يُرْسِلُ ٱلرِّيَٰحَ فَتُثِيرُ سَحَابًۭا فَيَبْسُطُهُۥ فِى ٱلسَّمَآءِ كَيْفَ يَشَآءُ وَيَجْعَلُهُۥ كِسَفًۭا فَتَرَى ٱلْوَدْقَ يَخْرُجُ مِنْ خِلَٰلِهِۦ ۖ فَإِذَآ أَصَابَ بِهِۦ مَن يَشَآءُ مِنْ عِبَادِهِۦٓ إِذَا هُمْ يَسْتَبْشِرُونَ

⦿

Allah is He Who sendeth the winds so that they raise clouds, and spreadeth them along the sky as pleaseth Him, and causeth them to break and thou seest the rain downpouring from within them. And when He maketh it to fall on whom He will of His bondmen, lo! they rejoice;

It is Allah who sends the winds. Then they generate a cloud, then He spreads it as He wishes in the sky, and forms it into fragments, whereat you see the rain issuing from its midst. Then, when He strikes with it whomever of His servants that He wishes, behold, they rejoice;

It is God who sends the winds to raise the clouds. He spreads them in the sky as He wants, then He intensifies them, and then you can see the rain coming down from the cloud. When He sends it down upon whichever of His servants He wants, they rejoice

اللرُ ہی وہ ہے جو ہواؤں کو چلاتا ہے تو وہ بادلوں کو اڑاتی ہیں پھر وہ ان بادلوں کو جس طرح چاہتا ہے آسمان میں پھیلادیتا ہے اور اسے ٹکڑے کردیتا ہے اور اس کے درمیان سے پانی برساتا ہے پھر یہ پانی ان بندوں تک پہنچ جاتا ہے جن تک وہ پہنچانا چاہتا ہے تو وہ خوش ہوجاتے ہیں

اللہ ہی ہے جو ہواؤں کو بھیجتا ہے اور وہ بادل اٹھاتی ہیں، پھر وہ اِن بادلوں کو آسمان میں پھیلا دیتا ہے جس طرح چاہتا ہے اور انہیں ٹکڑیوں میں تقسیم کرتا ہے، پھر تُو دیکھتا ہے کہ بارش کے قطرے بادل سے ٹپکے چلے آتے ہیں یہ بارش جب وہ اپنے بندوں میں سے جن پر چاہتا ہے برساتا ہے

اللہ ہے کہ بھیجتا ہے ہوائیں کہ ابھارتی ہیں بادل پھر اسے پھیلادیتا ہے آسمان میں جیسا چاہے اور اسے پارہ پارہ کرتا ہے تو تُو دیکھے کہ اس کے یبچ میں مینھ نکل رہا ہے پھر جب اسے پہنچاتا ہے اپنے بندوں میں جس کی طرف چاہے جبھی وہ خوشیاں مناتے ہیں،

اللہ ہی وہ ہے جو ہواؤں کو بھیجتا ہے۔ تو وہ بادل کو اٹھاتی ہیں۔ پھر اللہ جس طرح چاہتا ہے اسے آسمان پر پھیلا دیتا ہے اور پھر اسے ٹکڑے ٹکڑے کر دیتا ہے۔ پھر تم دیکھتے ہو کہ اس کے درمیان سے بارش نکلنے لگتی ہے۔ پھر وہ اپنے بندوں سے جسے چاہتا ہے پہنچاتا ہے۔ تو بس وہ خوش ہو جاتے ہیں۔

فَٱنظُرْ إِلَىٰٓ ءَاثَٰرِ رَحْمَتِ ٱللَّهِ كَيْفَ يُحْىِ ٱلْأَرْضَ بَعْدَ مَوْتِهَآ ۚ إِنَّ ذَٰلِكَ لَمُحْىِ ٱلْمَوْتَىٰ ۖ وَهُوَ عَلَىٰ كُلِّ شَىْءٍۢ قَدِيرٌۭ

⦿

Look, therefore, at the prints of Allah's mercy (in creation): how He quickeneth the earth after her death. Lo! He verily is the Quickener of the Dead, and He is Able to do all things.

So observe the effects of Allah]s mercy: how He revives the earth after its death! Indeed He is the reviver of the dead, and He has power over all things.

دیکھو اللہ کی رحمت کے اثرات کہ مُردہ پڑی ہوئی زمین کو وہ کس طرح جِلا اٹھاتا ہے، یقیناً وہ مُردوں کو زندگی بخشنے والا ہے اور وہ ہر چیز پر قادر ہے

تو اللہ کی رحمت کے اثر دیکھو کیونکر زمین کو جِلاتا ہے اس کے مَرے پیچھے بیشک مردوں کو زندہ کرے گا اور وہ سب کچھ کرسکتا ہے،

Allah is He Who shaped you out of weakness, then appointed after weakness strength, then, after strength, appointed weakness and grey hair. He createth what He will. He is the Knower, the Mighty.
