And he whom Allah guideth, he is led aright; while, as for him whom He sendeth astray, for them thou wilt find no protecting friends beside Him, and We shall assemble them on the Day of Resurrection on their faces, blind, dumb and deaf; their habitation will be hell; whenever it abateth, We increase the flame for them. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Whomever Allah guides is rightly guided, and whomever He leads astray—you will never for find them any guardians besides Him. On the Day of Resurrection, We shall muster them [scrambling] on their faces, blind, dumb, and deaf. Their refuge shall be hell. Whenever it subsides, We shall intensify the blaze for them. - Qarai, Ali Quli

Whomever God has guided has the proper guidance. You will never find any guardian besides God for the one whom He has caused to go astray. On the Day of Judgment, We will gather them lying on their faces, blind, dumb and deaf. Hell will be their dwelling. As hell fire abates, We will increase its blazing force. - Sarwar, Muhammad

And whomsoever Allah guides, he is the follower of the right way, and whomsoever He causes to err, you shall not find for him guardians besides Him; and We will gather them together on the day of resurrection on their faces, blind and dumb and deaf; their abode is hell; whenever it becomes allayed We will add to their burning. - Shakir, Habib

Those whom God guides are the truly guided, and for those whom He lets go astray, you will find no helper besides Him, on the Day of Judgement. اور جس کو خدا ہدایت د ے دے وہی ہدایت یافتہ ہے اور جس کو گمراہی میں چھوڑ دے اس کے لئے اس کے علاوہ کوئی مددگار نہ پاؤ گے اور ہم انہیں روز قیامت منہ کے بل گونگے اندھے بہرے محشور کریں گے اور ان کا ٹھکانا جہنم ّہوگا کہ جس کی آگ بجھنے بھی لگے گی تو ہم شعلوں کو مزید بھڑکا دیں گے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

جس کو اللہ ہدایت دے وہی ہدایت پانے والا ہے، اور جسے وہ گمراہی میں ڈال دے تو اسکے سوا ایسے لوگوں کے لیے تو کوئی حامی و ناصر نہیں پا سکتا ان لوگوں کو ہم قیامت کے روز اوندھے منہ کھینچ لائیں گے، اندھے، گونگے اور بہرے اُن کا ٹھکانا جہنم ہے جب کبھی اس کی آگ دھیمی ہونے لگے گی ہم اسے اور بھڑکا دیں گے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور جسے اللہ راہ دے وہی راہ پر ہے اور جسے گمراہ کرے تو ان کے لیے اس کے سوا کوئی حمایت والے نہ پاؤ گے اور ہم انہیں قیامت کے دن ان کے منہ کے بل اٹھائیں گے اندھے اور گونگے اور بہرے ان کا ٹھکانا جہنم ہے جب کبھی بجھنے پر آئے گی ہم اسے اور بھڑکادیں گے، - Ahmed Raza

اور جس کو اللہ ہدایت دے دے وہی ہدایت یافتہ ہے اور جسے (وہ اپنی توفیق سلب کرکے) گمراہی میں چھوڑ دے تو تم اللہ کے سوا اس کا کوئی حامی و مددگار نہیں پاؤگے اور قیامت کے دن ہم ایسے لوگوں کو منہ کے بل اس حال میں اٹھائیں گے کہ وہ اندھے، گونگے اور بہرے ہوں گے۔ ان کا ٹھکانہ جہنم ہے جب بھی وہ بجھنے لگے گی تو ہم اسے اور بھڑکا دیں گے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad

ذَٰلِكَ جَزَآؤُهُم بِأَنَّهُمْ كَفَرُوا۟ بِـَٔايَٰتِنَا وَقَالُوٓا۟ أَءِذَا كُنَّا عِظَٰمًۭا وَرُفَٰتًا أَءِنَّا لَمَبْعُوثُونَ خَلْقًۭا جَدِيدًا [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

That is their reward because they disbelieved Our revelations and said: When we are bones and fragments shall we, forsooth, be raised up as a new creation? - Pickthall, Marmaduke

That is their requital because they defied Our signs and said, [What, when we have become bones and dust, shall we really be raised in a new creation?] - Qarai, Ali Quli

This will be the recompense for their disbelief of Our revelations and for their saying, [Shall we be brought to life again after becoming bones and dust?] - Sarwar, Muhammad

This is their retribution because they disbelieved in Our communications and said What! when we shall have become bones and decayed particles, shall we then indeed be raised up into a new creation? - Shakir, Habib

Have they not seen that Allah Who created the heavens and the earth is Able to create the like of them, and hath appointed for them an end whereof there is no doubt? But the wrong-doers refuse aught save disbelief. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

کیا ان کو یہ نہ سوجھا کہ جس خدا نے زمین اور آسمانو ں کو پیدا کیا ہے وہ اِن جیسوں کو پیدا کرنے کی ضرور قدرت رکھتا ہے؟ اس نے اِن کے حشر کے لیے ایک وقت مقرر کر رکھا ہے جس کا آنا یقینی ہے، مگر ظالموں کو اصرار ہے کہ وہ اس کا انکار ہی کریں گے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

قُل لَّوْ أَنتُمْ تَمْلِكُونَ خَزَآئِنَ رَحْمَةِ رَبِّىٓ إِذًۭا لَّأَمْسَكْتُمْ خَشْيَةَ ٱلْإِنفَاقِ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱلْإِنسَٰنُ قَتُورًۭا [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

Say (unto them): If ye possessed the treasures of the mercy of my Lord, ye would surely hold them back for fear of spending, for man was ever grudging. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Say, [Even if you possessed the treasuries of my Lord]s mercy, you would withhold them for the fear of being spent, and man is very niggardly.] - Qarai, Ali Quli

Say, [Had you owned the treasures of the Mercy of my Lord, you would have locked them up for fear of spending them. The human being has always been stingy. - Sarwar, Muhammad

Say: If you control the treasures of the mercy of my Lord, then you would withhold (them) from fear of spending, and man is niggardly. - Shakir, Habib

اے محمدؐ، اِن سے کہو، اگر کہیں میرے رب کی رحمت کے خزانے تمہارے قبضے میں ہوتے تو تم خرچ ہو جانے کے اندیشے سے ضرور ان کو روک رکھتے واقعی انسان بڑا تنگ دل واقع ہوا ہے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

وَلَقَدْ ءَاتَيْنَا مُوسَىٰ تِسْعَ ءَايَٰتٍۭ بَيِّنَٰتٍۢ ۖ فَسْـَٔلْ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ إِذْ جَآءَهُمْ فَقَالَ لَهُۥ فِرْعَوْنُ إِنِّى لَأَظُنُّكَ يَٰمُوسَىٰ مَسْحُورًۭا [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

And verily We gave unto Moses nine tokens, clear proofs (of Allah's Sovereignty). Do but ask the Children of Israel how he came unto them, then Pharaoh said unto him: Lo! I deem thee one bewitched, O Moses. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

Certainly We gave Moses nine manifest signs. So ask the Children of Israel. When he came to them, Pharaoh said to him, [O Moses, indeed I think you are bewitched.] - Qarai, Ali Quli

ہم نے موسیٰؑ کو تو نشانیاں عطا کی تھیں جو صریح طور پر دکھائی دے رہی تھیں اب یہ تم خود بنی اسرائیل سے پوچھ لو کہ جب وہ سامنے آئیں تو فرعون نے یہی کہا تھا نا کہ ——اے موسیٰؑ، میں سمجھتا ہوں کہ تو ضرور ایک سحر زدہ آدمی ہے—— - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور بیشک ہم نے موسیٰ کو نو روشن نشانیاں دیں تو بنی اسرائیل سے پوچھو جب وہ ان کے پاس آیا تو اس سے فرعون نے کہا، اے موسیٰ! میرے خیال میں تو تم پر جادو ہوا - Ahmed Raza

قَالَ لَقَدْ عَلِمْتَ مَآ أَنزَلَ هَٰٓؤُلَآءِ إِلَّا رَبُّ ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ بَصَآئِرَ وَإِنِّى لَأَظُنُّكَ يَٰفِرْعَوْنُ مَثْبُورًۭا [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

He said: In truth thou knowest that none sent down these (portents) save the Lord of the heavens and the earth as proofs, and lo! (for my part) I deem thee lost, O Pharaoh. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

He said, [You certainly know that no one has sent these [signs] except the Lord of the heavens and the earth, as eye-openers, and I, O Pharaoh, indeed think you are doomed.] - Qarai, Ali Quli

He replied, [Certainly you have come to know that these have been sent by the Lord of the heavens and the earth as lessons to people. Pharaoh, I believe that you are doomed to perdition. - Sarwar, Muhammad

He said: Truly you know that none but the Lord of the heavens and the earth has sent down these as clear proof and most surely I believe you, O Firon, to be given over to perdition. - Shakir, Habib

وَقُلْنَا مِنۢ بَعْدِهِۦ لِبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ ٱسْكُنُوا۟ ٱلْأَرْضَ فَإِذَا جَآءَ وَعْدُ ٱلْـَٔاخِرَةِ جِئْنَا بِكُمْ لَفِيفًۭا [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated] [untranslated]

And We said unto the Children of Israel after him: Dwell in the land; but when the promise of the Hereafter cometh to pass We shall bring you as a crowd gathered out of various nations. - Pickthall, Marmaduke

After him We said to the Children of Israel, [Take up residence in the land, and when the occasion of the other [promise] comes, We shall gather you in mixed company.] - Qarai, Ali Quli

We told the Israelites after this to settle in the land until Our second promise will come true. We would then gather them all together (on the Day of Judgment). - Sarwar, Muhammad

And We said to the Israelites after him: Dwell in the land: and when the promise of the next life shall come to pass, we will bring you both together in judgment. - Shakir, Habib

Thereafter, We said to the Israelites, [Dwell in the land. When the promise of the Hereafter comes to be fulfilled, We shall assemble you all together.] - Wahiduddin Khan

اور اس کے بعد بنی اسرائیل سے کہہ دیا کہ اب زمین میں آباد ہوجاؤ پھر جب آخرت کے وعدہ کا وقت آجائے گا تو ہم تم سب کو سمیٹ کر لے آئیں گے - Jawadi, Zeeshan

اور اس کے بعد بنی اسرائیل سے کہا کہ اب تم زمین میں بسو، پھر جب آخرت کے وعدے کا وقت آن پورا ہوگا تو ہم تم سب کو ایک ساتھ لا حاضر کریں گے - Maududi, Abul A'ala

اور اس کے بعد ہم نے بنی اسرائیل سے فرمایا اس زمین میں بسو پھر جب آخرت کا وعدہ آئے گا ہم تم سب کو گھال میل (لپیٹ کر) لے آئیں گے - Ahmed Raza

اور اس (واقعہ) کے بعد ہم نے بنی اسرائیل سے کہا کہ تم اس سر زمین میں سکونت اختیار کرو۔ پس جب آخرت کا وعدہ آجائے گا تو ہم تم (سب) کو (اپنے حضور) سمیٹ لائیں گے۔ - Najafi, Muhammad
