Such will not escape in the earth, nor have they any protecting friends beside Allah. For them the torment will be double. They could not bear to hear, and they used not to see.

The chieftains of his folk, who disbelieved, said: We see thee but a mortal like us, and we see not that any follow thee save the most abject among us, without reflection. We behold in you no merit above us - nay, we deem you liars.

جواب میں اُس کی قوم کے سردار، جنہوں نے اس کی بات ماننے سے انکار کیا تھا، بولے ——ہماری نظر میں تو تم اس کے سوا کچھ نہیں ہو کہ بس ایک انسان ہو ہم جیسے اور ہم دیکھ رہے ہیں کہ ہماری قوم میں سے بس اُن لوگوں نے جو ہمارے ہاں اراذل تھے بے سوچے سمجھے تمہاری پیروی اختیار کر لی ہے اور ہم کوئی چیز بھی ایسی نہیں پاتے جس میں تم لوگ ہم سے کچھ بڑھے ہوئے ہو، بلکہ ہم تو تمہیں جھوٹا سمجھتے ہیں——

Thus said the head clerics of the ones who were in denial from his nation, [Not we see you except a human just like us, and not we see you being followed except by the ones who are most rejected by us evident by the opinion, and not we see for you upon us from grace, but on the contrary we consider you to be liars.] [ 11 : 27 ]

He said: O my people! Bethink you, if I rely on a clear proof from my Lord and there hath come unto me a mercy from His presence, and it hath been made obscure to you, can we compel you to accept it when ye are averse thereto?

And O my people! I ask of you no wealth therefor. My reward is the concern only of Allah, and I am not going to thrust away those who believe - Lo! they have to meet their Lord! - but I see you a folk that are ignorant.

This website is a work of passion. It exists only for a couple of reasons:
1) I wanted to understand the Book without involving any second-party sources of guidance i.e. exegesis, or Asbab-e-Nuzul, or extra-Quranic ahadith, etc. 2) You must also know what the bare truth is, so we can work together.
Because the process must be transparent, the entire website is available for you to download. You can go through the code, and if you can make any improvements to this process, you are most welcome to. It is a humble request to update me regarding the improvements so I can also update myself.

This website was possible by help of many people and forums who helped me to learn Arabic, Philosophy, Law, Psychology, and PHP and other Web scripts. To be honest, I do not even know the names of many but I did learn from them. Some of these people were already dead by the time I read their input.
The entire code of this website is available for the same reason, that what they taught me, I can only pay it forward.
The Arabic text of the Quran was obtained from Tanzil. The additional translations were also obtained from Tanzil from this link.
The social-sharing images of verses were obtained from Legacy Quran.com, and were then resized for proper social-media display.
