He created you from one being, then from that (being) He made its mate; and He hath provided for you of cattle eight kinds. He created you in the wombs of your mothers, creation after creation, in a threefold gloom. Such is Allah, your Lord. His is the Sovereignty. There is no Allah save Him. He created you from a single soul, then made from it its mate, and He has sent down for you eight mates of the cattle. He creates you in the wombs of your mothers, creation after creation, in a threefold darkness. That is Allah, your Lord! To Him belongs all sovereignty. There is no god except Him. He creates you for a second time in the wombs of your mothers behind three curtains of darkness. He is your Lord to whom belongs the Kingdom. He is the only Lord. اس نے تم سب کو ایک ہی نفس سے پیدا کیا ہے اور پھر اسی سے اس کا جوڑا قرار دیا ہے اور تمہارے لئے آٹھ قسم کے چوپائے نازل کئے ہیں. وہ تم کو تمہاری ماؤں کے شکم میں تخلیق کی مختلف منزلوں سے گزارتا ہے اور یہ سب تین تاریکیوں میں ہوتا ہے - وہی اللہ تمہارا پروردگار ہے اسی کے قبضہ میں ملک ہے اس کے علاوہ کوئی خدا نہیں ہے پھر تم کدھر پھرے جارہے ہو - Jawadi, Zeeshan

اُسی نے تم کو ایک جان سے پیدا کیا، پھر وہی ہے جس نے اُس جان سے اس کا جوڑا بنایا اور اسی نے تمہارے لیے مویشیوں میں سے آٹھ نر و مادہ پیدا کیے وہ تمہاری ماؤں کے پیٹوں میں تین تین تاریک پردوں کے اندر تمہیں ایک کے بعد ایک شکل دیتا چلا جاتا ہے یہی اللہ (جس کے یہ کام ہیں) تمہارا رب ہے، بادشاہی اسی کی ہے، کوئی معبود اس کے سوا نہیں ہے، پھر تم کدھر سے پھرائے جا رہے ہو؟ - Maududi, Abul A'ala
